ABOUT ME

Samantha Martin, LicAc

 

My name is Sam, I live and work in Bath, NE Somerset. I am a licensed and fully insured acupuncturist and practitioner of Reiki, I also offer cosmetic facial acupuncture.

My training was focused on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and I have taken regular courses to update my skills, in particular learning about pain management and the treatment of chronic and post-viral conditions including long covid.

​

I am a teacher of the post-graduate course at the Healing Acupuncture College in Bath for cosmetic acupuncture.

​

I believe that  acupuncture is one of the most effective and empowering health modalities we have at our disposal.

​

​I use traditional acupuncture techniques to bring the body into a receptive, healing state. This may involve reducing stress, managing pain or improving sleep. I begin with your current circumstances and symptoms. From there we will work to alleviate wider problems or patterns through a personalised treatment plan.

My key areas of interest are working with patients dealing with post-viral conditions and CFS, as well as women's health, particularly peri-menopause and beyond.
